Refund & Exchange Policy
Bindass Books – A Unit of Studlike Store (India Only)
At Bindass Books, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and exchange experience for our customers. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return.
Service Coverage
This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within India.
Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once a return request is approved, the product must reach our warehouse within 5–7 days from the pickup or self-shipping date.
Reverse Pick-Up Facility

Reverse pick-up is available subject to courier serviceability of your PIN code.

A flat reverse shipping fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

The courier will attempt pickup twice.

If the pickup fails after two attempts, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product(s) must be unused, unread, and in original condition.
-
Original packaging must be intact with no missing contents.
-
Products returned in damaged, used, or poor condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
-
Returns with missing contents may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%, or may be rejected entirely.
COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

No cash or bank refunds are issued.

Store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued within 1–2 working days after successful return pickup.

Store credit will be shared via the registered email or phone number and can be used for future purchases.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Bookmarks, highlighters, sticky notes, or other book accessories (replacement only if defective)

Items purchased during Sales, Offers, Mystery Boxes, or Clearance Events

Gift cards or promotional items
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup Is Unavailable)
If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, please self-ship the product to:

Important Instructions:

Mention Order ID and registered mobile number clearly on the package.

Pack items securely to avoid transit damage.

Use Speed Post or a reliable courier.

Do not use The Professional Couriers, as such shipments may not be accepted.
📌 Upon successful receipt:

Prepaid Orders: Full product amount refunded + ₹100 (towards courier charges).

COD Orders: Store credit issued.

Any error in bank or UPI details provided by the customer is not the responsibility of Bindass Books.

If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the parcel, please contact us within 24 hours.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
